When does it start?
You can start this coming Monday.
Once you register, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule an orientation and your first workout. You cannot start until you are scheduled ahead of time.
Who is the program for?
MEN & WOMEN from any fitness level can participate in this program.
Everyone is welcome here at Boomers Bootcamp!
What are your training hours?
The sessions are only 30 minutes so even those with the busiest schedule can find time to workout.
Monday/Wednesday/Thursday:
5am, 5:45am, 6:30am, 7:15am, 8am, 8:45am, 9:30am, 4pm, 4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm
Tuesday/Friday: OPEN GYM w/ set workout *You may come anytime during open hours of operation to do your workout! Demos will be posted the night before on the group page.
5am-10am *Last time to start your workout is 9:30am
4pm-7pm *Last time to start your workout is 6:30pm
*FRIDAY we close at 6PM
*Last time to start your workout is 5:30pm (Only on Friday PM)
Saturday: 7:30am, 8:15am, 9am
WHAT WILL BE REQUIRED OF ME?
We encourage you to workout a minimum of 4x per week for guaranteed results. A total of 90 minutes a week.
I haven't exercised in a long time. Can I still participate?
Yes! Our program is for all levels.
The coaches will always provide modifications for every movement, and they are right there to help and make sure you are doing them correctly. 30 Minutes of HIIT where you can go at your own pace, but know our coaches will push you!
