  Set Up SmartSuite

  SmartSuite is our back-end platform where we store campaign data, share files, and send you important updates. You'll receive an email invitation — please accept it and set up your account.

  📝 When setting up: use your full name (e.g. "Gil Torrez"), pick a simple, shared password your whole team can remember, and use an admin email everyone on your team has access to.

  Connect Stripe

  For collecting trial payments directly to your bank

  Stripe is used to collect payments from your leads and trial members. The money goes directly to your bank account — we never touch it.

  Since you already have a Stripe account, please add our team as admins so we can create the integrations for you:

  1. Go to dashboard.stripe.com/settings/team
  2. Add fernando@doublewinconsulting.com and stewart@doublewinconsulting.com as admins

  1. Go to stripe.com and create a free account
  2. Complete your account: Account settings, Public info
  3. Add your bank account at Payouts settings
  4. Add our team at Team settings: fernando@doublewinconsulting.com and stewart@doublewinconsulting.com
