We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week for guaranteed results. A total of 90 minutes a week 😇
When does the program start?
The New Year New You Challenge starts on Monday, February 1st and will run for 6 weeks.
WHO IS THE PROGRAM FOR?
Women and Men from any fitness level can take part in this program. Everyone is welcome here at FBBC!
What are the sessions times?
We have options that work for EVERYONE — before work or school hours and in the evening after work and school. And because the workouts are only 30 minutes — you’ll be in and out in no time.
